Horse passages

The landscape diversity (from 0-2.295 m altitude) and the suitable climate in Bulgaria are a good prerequisite for the development of winter sports. Bulgarian winter resorts offer an interesting combination of virgin forests and excellent ski facilities, modern hotels and a great number of opportunities for amusement.

The wild nature will be your companion in this adventure with horses. The horse passages include Bulgarian mountains Rila, Pirin, the Rhodopes and the Balkan mountain range. The combination of Mediterranean flora, wild mountain nature and the authentic atmosphere of the villages and small towns makes these regions quite attractive for horse tourism. You have the unique chance to ride rare horse breeds crossing the mountains as our ancestors did long time ago. We offer programs for experienced horse-riders as well as for beginners. We organize courses and passages with duration from 2 to 9 days. It is a wonderful opportunity to take a walk in Bulgarian mountains and to visit some of the most interesting places. To achieve more complete experience you will spend the nights in typical Bulgarian houses and bivouacs.
