7 - DAY Architectural tour

DAY 1 Meeting at Sofia Airport and accommodation in a hotel.
DAY 2 The tour will start from Rila Monastery – an architectural monument and a treasure house of cultural and artistic valuables, included in UNESCO list. Departure for the town of Melnik, visit to the pyramids of Melnik and some of the numerous museums and wine cellars in the town. Accommodation.
DAY 3 In the historical and architectural village of Kovachevitsa you will dip into the spirit of the Bulgarian Revival village, and after that you will visit the village of Shiroka Laka, pronounced for architectural and folklore reserve. Here will be the next accommodation.
DAY 4 Visit to Bachkovo Monastery and the architectural reserve “The Old Plovdiv”, where you will enjoy the magnificent Bulgarian Revival Architecture.
DAY 5 The group will set off for the village of Zheravna, which have kept the architecture since the Bulgarian Revival. The next is a visit to the architectural-historic town of Kotel, where you will have the opportunity to see the museum exposition of marvelous fabrics of the ancient craft of carpet weaving in Kotel, as well as some of the numerous old houses preserved from the time of Bulgarian Revivial, then you will set off for Arbanasi, an architectural reserve, where the group will spend the night.
DAY 6 During the next day you will visit one of the oldest Bulgarian capitals – Veliko Tarnovo and Tsarevets Fortress. On your way to the architectural reserve Bozhentsi where you will spend the night in the coziness of the typical Bulgarian Revival house, you will visit some of the numerous houses-museums in Tryavna.
DAY 7 In the morning you will visit the Etar Architectural-Ethnographic Complex, where you can see the authentic Bulgarian lifestyle, crafts and architecture from the time of Bulgarian Revival. Departure for Sofia. DAY Transfer to the Sofia Airport.
